With spacious upstairs bedrooms with king size beds, fluffy doonas and lots of pillows, opening out to large private balconies, with panoramic views of the Lower Hunter. The bathroom has double spa bath and the spacious living area has kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, CD opening onto a private balcony overlooking the farming land, the kangaroos and horses grazing. Black swans and ducks abound on the dam, which reflects the beautiful sunsets.
